1. What's Assets In Transit
Assets in transit are the part of assets that you actually hold but have not yet been recorded. When business assets are changed out of sync, for example, money is first deducted, but the stocks arrive in the account a few days later, or the stocks are deducted first but the money arrives in the account a few days later, assets in transit will be generated.
2. Are the assets in transit included in the total assets?
Counted. Total assets include your cash balance and market value of open positions, as well as assets in transit. Among them, the assets in transit may be in cash or in the form of stocks.
3. Will the assets in transit appear on the statement?
NO.
